Jean Le Maistre
Jean became a member of the board ten years ago, currently serving as vice-chairman, member of the personnel & bursaries committee and chairman of programmes committee. Jean has been a supporter of The Leprosy Mission through his church for over fifty years. He is a farmer by profession but also spent thirty three years as an elected member of the Jersey Parliament. From 1972 to 1990 he was responsible for developing the Government Overseas Aid programme, travelling extensively in developing countries during that period.
