Siân Arulanantham
Head of Programmes Co-ordination
Siân has responsibility for the programmes team covering institutional, trust and corporate fundraising. She also works with our implementing partners, helping them to develop their country strategies, design new projects and monitor existing ones, to ensure our funds are utilised effectively. Siân runs training for field staff in project development, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and lesson sharing. She also oversees the management of projects such as our DFID funded Challenging Anti-Leprosy Legislation project. Siân is actively involved in advocacy on leprosy and disability rights and is on the steering group of Bond Disability and Development Group.
