Humber Bridge sponsored Walk of Hope

11 hardy and happy souls from East Central & Yorkshire areas braved the warm sunshine last Saturday and walked across the Humber Bridge and back. 

This masterpiece of engineering which took nine years to complete was opened by HM The Queen on 17 July 1981 and is one of the world's longest span suspension bridges.

The views were absolutely breathtaking and it certainly was a joy to share fellowship in this special part of God's vineyard.

Over £700 was raised through this four mile walk to help those people living with the effects of leprosy - a huge thank you to all our walkers and of course, their sponsors, for such generosity.
