YAY! Natalie & Toby have finished !!

Natalie's final day was a truly brilliant occasion. After leaving Swanage in glorious sunshine accompanied by a good band of supporters she finished the 630 mile walk in fine style at South Haven point. Toby was ahead of her to receive the applause as he crossed the finishing line before her.
We then all travelled over to Poole on the ferry where the Mayor and the Town Crier came to congratulate her. It was great to be part of the day and to see the enthusiasm which everyone has had for this adventure. Her Mum and Dad were with her, and I am sure that she would acknowledge that she couldn't have done it without them. We presented her with flowers (thanks to Lisa) a framed photograph, foot cream and soothing shower gel as well as a bottle of Tangle foot beer and a copy of all her press cuttings. Toby got a bone and dog treats as well as some dog beer (didn't know there was such a thing!!) |

At the end of their 630 miles Walk of Hope, Natalie and Toby enjoyed a welcome back in Sandbanks, Poole with the Mayor, supporters and colleagues.
Let's raise a cheer for one amazing lady and her faithful companion Toby. What a wonderful achievement.
So far Natalie has raised over £20k to change the lives of at least 1,000 people affected by leprosy.
