All gifts are directly linked to the projects where they're needed most, meaning that every penny you spend will benefit someone disadvantaged by leprosy.  If a gift is overfunded, we'll reallocate money to another hospital or project with similar aims and outcomes.  That means that your money will always go towards the specific type of work that you've chosen.
