Multidrug therapy effectively kills the leprosy bacillus, but can’t ‘cure’ its social effects. After patients finish their medicine, The Leprosy Mission continues to care for their social and economic needs. Low-cost housing, vocational training and business loans help address stigma and poverty.

£120 will care for one patient after cure.
