Raise the roof
Poor living conditions make people more susceptible to diseases like leprosy. A safe, dry house can mean the difference between life and death and raises the status of people stigmatised by leprosy. The Leprosy Mission works with Habitat for Humanity to provide housing and families contribute by providing labour.
£350 will buy a low-cost house, helping to raise the status of families affected by leprosy. |
