• MEDICAL ELECTIVES

Placements of 6-8 weeks are available for medical students, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and nurses to carry out their electives in India, Nepal or Bangladesh. You will work alongside our experienced medical professionals, learning vital skills which will help to relieve the impact of this highly curable disease . • SHORT TERM PLACEMENTS, including volunteers.

Placements of 3-9 months are available for short-term professionals with at least 2-3 years’ post qualification experience.                                                          . . . more

Volunteer placements of 3-6 months are an ideal opportunity for people with less than 2 years’ post qualification experience in healthcare or development. 

 

• MEDIUM TERM PLACEMENTS

Challenging opportunities of 2+ years are available for experienced professionals with at least 2-3 years’ post qualification experience. The initial contact is for two years’ service with skills relevant to current needs of field centres.  There is opportunity to extend for up to two years if the project requires.  We currently have staff in these countries:
