Volunteer speakers

A picture speaks a thousand words but a picture and the right words can stir the heart and the emotions. We are looking for confident communicators who can inspire church and secular groups with the vision that The Leprosy Mission has to create a world without leprosy, and encourage a prayerful and financial response.

Prayer group enablers

When retiring from The Leprosy Mission, Wellesley Bailey spoke of it as being "a Mission born and cradled in prayer. It has been brought up on prayer; it has been nourished on prayer; and prayer has been the foundation of its success since the first moments of its life". We would like to hear from people who have a heart for our work and can gather others around them to help continue our tradition of prayerful support.

Stamps & collectables volunteers

Mother Teresa once said, "Good works are links that form a chain of love". Each year The Leprosy Mission receives thousands of gifts from supporters who form part of a chain of love to support leprosy affected people around the world. These gifts of stamps, postcards, coins and other collectable items contribute to our fundraising.  We are looking for volunteers to promote the donation of stamps and collectables in their locality and help organise their collection and preparation for sale.
