Tim is married with two adult children – and a dog! He and his wife live in London

Much of his professional career was spent in senior consulting roles with leading international consulting organisations. Specialising in strategic change and business transformation, particularly within the oil and energy sectors, he worked extensively around the world. In 2005, he established his own consultancy and retired in 2017.

Since retirement, he has developed a portfolio of voluntary and charitable roles. He volunteers as a debt adviser with Crosslight Advice, helping individuals and families facing financial hardship. He has also been a member of the Independent Monitoring Board at HMP Wandsworth since 2016.

Tim is actively involved in his local church, serving on the Parochial Church Council, Deanery Synod and as a Safeguarding Officer.

He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering, an MSc in Business Management and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour.
