Peter Waddup

National Director

Peter was appointed National Director in 2017. Prior to that he joined the Board in 2009 and was elected as Treasurer in September 2010. He became Chairman in June 2014. Peter qualified as an accountant with a Master's degree in Business Administration, and was previously the Managing Director of a specialist joinery manufacturer. His passion is to care for the marginalised. He is married with two children and attends his local Baptist church.


Sian Arulanantham

Head of Programmes Coordination

Siân has more than 15 years’ experience in the development and education sectors, working across Africa and Asia. She has responsibility for managing the Programmes team, ensuring the Mission’s programmes are of high quality and have significant impact on the lives of people affected by leprosy. She also heads up overseas institutional fundraising.

She is actively involved in advocacy on leprosy and disability rights, and is on the steering group of Bond’s Disability and Development Group.

Arminda O'Reilly

HR Manager

Arminda has over 18 years’ experience in HR Management.  Prior to joining The Leprosy Mission England and Wales in March 2008, she held HR Management positions in manufacturing and IT outsourcing companies.  Arminda has responsibility for HR and Volunteer Management policies at TLMEW. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is passionate about helping people develop to their full potential.



Louise Timmins

Head of Fundraising

Louise has worked with The Leprosy Mission since 2004.  She has had the privilege of working alongside people affected by leprosy around the world, and her passion is to speak up for the unheard, raising money to support them.  Louise is committed to good, effective stewardship of funds and ensuring our wonderful supporters know they are valued.

She is also an active volunteer, providing leadership and fundraising skills for a charity caring for children affected by leprosy and poverty in India.
